Pintar la carne con salsa inglesa Vanoli.<\/li><li>Cortar el morr\u00f3n y la cebolla en cuartos, la zanahoria en rodajas no muy finas ni muy gruesas.<\/li><li>En una asadera, colocar los vegetales y la carne. Salpimentar, agregar el aceite y el agua.<\/li><li>Tapar con papel aluminio y cocinar a fuego medio por 30 min.<\/li><li>En otra asadera, aceitar, cortar las papas en trozos grandes. Salpimentar, agregar or\u00e9gano y aj\u00ed molido.
